Made famous by Andre Agassi in the 1990s. the “Hot Lava” Air Tech Challenge II is set to make another retail run in 2024.
Unlike the last iteration in 2019, these feature a vintage aesthetic. They sport a perforated white leather upper with black making appearances the rear heel, collar and overlays on the sides. Hot lava Swooshes adorn the lateral and medial sides. Nike Air branding appears in white on the rear heel and hot lava on the tongue, while splatter print panels appear on both sides.
Below resides a silver and pale ivory midsole that houses Nike Air cushioning as well as a multi-colored rubber outsole
As it currently stands, the “Hot Lava” Nike Air Tech Challenge II is slated to return this fall at nike.com and select retail establishments; they wo;; carry a 150 USD sticker price.
